SEISMIC PLC Support Documents 2013
The SEISMIC PLC Plan was used in January of 2013 to define each PLC's initial focus and schedule the PLC meetings for the 2012-2013 school year.
PLC documents and resources are largely based on Dylan William's Teacher Learning Community structure described in the article Changing Classroom Practice by Dylan William published in Educational Leadership (December 2007/January 2008, Volume 65, Number 9, pages 36-42)

Roles and Responsibilities of PLC Members
The SEISMIC Teacher Action Plan is an instructional action plan, revised monthly by each teacher, and supported by other PLC members.
This version of the SEISMIC Teacher Action plan lists the five formative assessment strategies described by Dylan Wiliam on the top.
The SEISMIC Principal Action Plan is a plan developed by building principals in order to support teachers' action plans.
The SEISMIC PLC Documentation Form is used to record attendance at PLC meetings for SEISMIC project leaders.
SEISMIC Evaluation Form for Clock Hours is used to evaluate each PLC meeting in order to earn clock hours for the meeting.
The Looking at Student Work Protocol below is used when the PLC collaboratively examines student work together.
